Q: How can I get the Price?

For protection of our customers and from exposing their costs, our prices are only given out by sales rep to registered customers. Please sign up for a new account first and your sales rep will contact you for pricing. Registered customers can call or email to request the price list too.

Q: How can I order without price on the website?

Please feel safe to make a sample order online. All online orders from new registered customers are solely for estimate purposes. The sales dept will contact you shortly with an estimate. Payment information is not requested when customers checkout, but only requested after the customer reviews the estimate and confirms the order. No order will be processed without customers' confirmation.

Q: What's your minimum order requirement?

Minimum order of (US) $100 dollars is required per order.

Q: How long it takes to ship out my order?

Orders ship out the same day if placed before 2.00 pm CST. After that time they will be shipped the next day 

Q: Do you do drop ship?

Yes, we do. Please sign up first and contact our sales dept for further information. .

Q: What packaging do you have for the products?

All packaging and detailed pictures are shown when clicked on item numbers. Some are packaged in polybag and some blister..

Q: Hong long will it take for my order to reach me?

We always provide tracking numbers to all orders. The tracking numbers are emailed when the order is shipped and they also appear on each invoices.

Q: How do I give you my credit card information for payment?

Due to security reason, we will never ask you to enter your credit card number online. Our sales rep or accounting department will contact you for your credit card information.

Q: Do you sell the actual cell phones?

No, we do not at this time.

Q: Do you offer any expedited shipping options?

Yes, we offer most of the expedited shipping options by UPS. Please contact us at 1-888-79-REIKO for detail.

Q: Are all of your products brand new?

Yes, all products are brand new.
