CONDITION REQUIREMENTS:

Your receipt of an email confirmation plus filling out the form sent to the seller after the negotiation of the price, in which the
condition of the product is specified, signifies that Turtlewireless.com will only pay full value, if the cell phones and/or
electronics sent are in the condition which is specified by the seller to the staff of Turtlewireless.com By shipping your cell
phones and/or electronics to turtlewireless.com, you confirm your acceptance of our price and these terms. In case of any defaults,
the company reserves the right to put Stop Payment on the check or any other form of payment sent to the seller after receiving the
product, either not in the condition specified first to the staff of Turtlewireless.com or submitting the incorrect information at the
time of submitting the seller form or any other fraudulent means.

To cash the check or any other payment form, all cell phones/electronics must have a valid and verifiable ESN (Electronic
Serial Number) or IMEI number. The sticker under the battery, which displays this number, must be clearly visible.
When finding cell phone and/or other device model numbers on turtlewireless.com, when submitting the seller form
you must use the actual model number written inside the phone (usually behind the battery). Do not judge the model number by
the picture alone as many models are nearly identical. Incorrect models may result in stop payments and customer will be paid
the adjusted amount due.

Cell phones should not have active service or an unpaid balance. It is the user's responsibility to discontinue service with
their provider before shipping the cell phone. Any and all charges incurred if such service is not cancelled will be the
responsibility of the user. Sprint PCS and Verizon Wireless customers must have free and clear equipment before it is sent to
turtlewireless.com. We are not responsible for previous or subsequent airtime charges accrued prior, during, or after any
transaction. Should any airtime charges be accrued, it is the responsibility of the original user and service provider to
resolve payment issues. If we receive a cell phone that is reported stolen it will be reported to the proper authorities.

Any cell phones sent in other than those listed on the initial online order will be properly recycled. Please verify the
accuracy of your transaction before submitting your order.
|
|
|
Accessories, such as chargers, Bluetooth headsets, and cases are accepted; please include them if not in use. If a cell phone
requires a memory card to operate (most do not), the memory card must be present to receive any additional payment.
|
|
|
Turtlewireless.com is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during shipment. Turtlewireless.com is not responsible
for damaged cell phones during shipment. It is the seller's responsibility to make sure cell phones are safely and securely
packaged before shipment. We recommend wrapping the devices securely in newspaper if bubble wrap sent or any other form of
packaging is not available.

Any and all personal information stored in the device should be erased. Although we do remove SIM cards in all cell phones,
it is the responsibility of the user to erase this information. We will inspect the device upon arrival to assure this has or
has not been done. Any information in device will be erased, if possible. We are not responsible for any third party using such
information if not erased.
|
|
|
Cell phones not meeting purchase criteria will be properly recycled and will never end up in a landfill. Please make sure your
order is correct before shipment.

PAYMENT:
|

Turtle Wireless is the only company which pays to Sellers up-front payment before receiving the goods
|
|
|
When the deal is made between the seller and the Turtlewireless staff, we will send a package which includes, 10 business days Post dated check, a prepaid return box with packaging .
|
|
|
The box must be sent by next business day after receiving as the transit time takes approx 3-4 business days coming to us.
|
|
|
Upon receiving the package, the product will be inspected and a confirmation email will be sent to the seller.
|
|
|
If the product is Not in the condition which was specified by the seller, or an incorrect model is being sent or any other
fraudulent activity takes place, Turtlewireless reserves the right to put Stop Payment to the check and return the product
back to seller at their shipping expense.

PRICING:

Pricing offered are on current market value keeping up with other company’s in similar business and their prices. Prices for
cell phones and/or electronics will be honored for 7 days from the date the seller placed the initial online order.

TERMINATION:
|
|
|
We may issue a warning or temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your order or any of your orders if (i)
you breach this Agreement, (ii) you provide us with false information or we are unable to verify or authenticate any
information you provide to us, (iii) you infringe the intellectual property rights of others or (iv) you engage in any act of
collusion or price manipulation. Your property will be seized and recycled by Turtlewireless.com

We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time.

How the Process Works:
|

Sell your old, used sell phones to us! We buy more than 50 cell phone models from manufacturers such as Apple, Blackberry
(RIM), HTC, Motorola, Nokia, Samsung, LG, and more, on carriers including AT&T,, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and many
others. When you place your order, we will send you a pre-paid postage box in which to ship your old cell phone(s) to us.
Just open your junk drawer and find your used cell phones.

Keep your sim card. Home chargers are accepted and other accessories are also accepted. Accept for Bluetooth and memory, there is no
additional compensation for chargers, cases, covers, and batteries.
|
|
|
Your privacy is important to us. Once we receive the phone we will take every possible measure to remove existing data from
the phone.
|
|
|

Don't see your phone? Generally if your phone is not on our listing and is over 2 years old we no longer accept it. If your phone is less
than 6 months old and is not on our listing, contact our customer service department for current pricing.

We have had a lot of media coverage at the CES Show 2008, participation at the pre-oscar and pre-mtv award parties showing our pictures with popular celebrities.
We pay top dollar for used phones, and are the only company our there who sends out check before even receiving the cellphone/electronics. With regard to payment in the industry (some companies take as much as 60 days).

It happens. However, we ask that you look for the catch. Some companies require you to pay for shipping. Others state a high price only to tell you, after they've received your phone, that a little scratch or two decreases the value of your item by some ridiculous figure. Again, if a company's price seems way out of line to the high side, we suggest that you proceed with extreme caution. If something looks too good to be true, well, you know the story.

Of Course you may! If, for any reason, a phone fails to meet our Required Condition of Handsets guidelines, you will be promptly notified via email. This email will include instructions as to how you can reclaim your item. There is a 15 day window in which the return of an item may be requested, so please act quickly. We do require the customer to cover the cost of shipping items back.

Hey, beauty isn't everything. We don't expect your phones to look brand new. As long as the phone is 100% functional, unbroken (if you can see through it, it's more than just a scratch), and otherwise within the specifications of our Required Condition of Handsets, we're happy to buy it.

As long as you follow the instructions, you have nothing to fear. Please refer to our "Required Condition of Handsets" and make sure that you are sending items that are indeed acceptable. It's actually pretty simple. As long as the items are 100% functional, unbroken, and models that we accept, there's no reason in the world to expect that you won't be paid.
That said, there ARE indeed operations out there who look a lot like us and who engage in behavior we'd consider unscrupulous. If you're shopping around, please make sure to read each company's terms and conditions or user agreement very carefully. We've found companies that will refuse to pay for a phone simply because you forgot to include it on the invoice. We'd also recommend exercising extreme caution if a company's offer prices seem way out of line. Remember, if something seems to good to be true, there's a good chance that it is.
