Minimum order of $200 is required to process your order. In circumstances where your order is under minimum requirement, you should call your sales rep to place your orders.

Shipping and Payment policy : Orders placed before 1:00pm CST will be shipped out in the same day, unless for reasons the order has to be arranged for the next day air shipment. Most of the orders will be shipped out by UPS or Fedex ground, 3 days, 2nd day, or next day, by customer's request.

We ship Worldwide using DHL, FedEx, UPS and USPS.

Payment will be COD (Cashier check or money order).Company checks are only accepted after setting up an account and receiving account set-up application with other documents.

We do accept Credit card payments on cellular accessory orders only. Credit cards accepted.

Return Policy :

Cellular Accessories: Turtle Wireless will accept any unopened package or unpackaged product with no sign of liquid or physical damage for refund, credit or exchange within 5 days after delivery. Exchange due to manufacturer’s defects will be exempt from shipping and handling fees.

All returns must be accompanied by a pre-approved return authorization number (RMA) before sending back to us. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice. Please call us to obtain a RMA number. A RMA number is good for 7 business day. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your Return Merchandise for processing your return. Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with any missing parts or accessories.

Cellular Phones, Prepaid Phones and Cards : Turtle Wireless will only accept returns on Unlocked Phones, 3 days after receiving provided that the phone received is in defective condition. When returning the packaging it must be in original condition and there should be no usage or missing items from the package. An equally exchange will be sent for any defective phones. No Returns or Refunds are issued for prepaid phones and prepaid cards.

Warranty : Turtle Wireless guarantees the performance of all our accessories and offers a Lifetime Warranty on many items. Turtle Wireless will replace any manufacturer’s defective accessories, but will not replace merchandise that have been experienced abuse or improper use by customers. Guaranty : Cell phone accessories:If for any reason you are not satisfied with quality of the products you ordered, you may return it back to us within 7 days after receiving it.
